Step 01 · Book

Customers book the right bike on your website.

They pick how they want to ride, and Trail-Ops shows the bikes that suit it.

  • A size suggested from the rider's height
  • Live counts per day, so a bike can't be sold twice
  • A few hours, a full day or several days

Step 02 · Rider info

Rider details arrive before the rider does.

The booking confirmation links to a short form for each bike, filled in on the rider's own phone.

Step 03 · Allocate

Trail-Ops picks the bike for each rider.

Staff know who's getting which bike before the doors open.
