Bike rental software, from booking to workshop

Riders book the right bike on your website and send their setup from their phone. Every bike carries its own checks, repairs and services.

The booking page asks 'Where are you riding?', with valley trail, electric, enduro and downhill to choose from.
How it works

From the booking to the bench

Real screens from Trail-Ops, one step at a time.

Bookings

Riders book the right bike

They pick how they want to ride and see the bikes that suit it, for a few hours, a day or several. A size is suggested from their height, and live counts per day mean a bike can’t be sold twice.

Booking calendar for a Rocky Mountain Altitude in size L: three days picked, the bikes left each day, and an Add to booking button.
Rider forms

The setup arrives before the rider does

The confirmation links to a short form for each bike, filled in on the rider’s own phone: height, weight, riding style and rear brake, with the waiver signed in the same visit. Staff see who’s finished without chasing.

Safety check

The same check on every bike

Eight steps, in order, before a bike goes out. If something fails, Repair needed opens the repair on that bike.

The safety check: the bike beside an eight-step checklist and a Repair needed button.
Repairs

Tap the part, log the fix

Each part of the bike is a hotspot, with the common repairs for it a tap away.

The repair card: hotspots on each part of the bike and a list of common repairs.
Full service

A full service as a checklist

Every service point labelled on the bike and ticked off in order, so nothing is skipped when the workshop is busy.

The full service screen: the bike with labelled service points beside a checklist, 8 of 12 done.
Service history

Every bike keeps its history

Checks, repairs and services are logged on the bike itself: when it was last checked, what was last fixed, and how far it is from its next full service.

Bike 26, a Scott Gambler 920 in M: last checked 17 Sep, 4 of 30 safety checks since its last service, and its last repair.
Fleet dashboard

Know what can go out

The bikes active this season, the ones overdue for service, and when each was last checked, across the whole fleet.
