A whole party in one booking
Pick the dates and how many adults and children are riding. Each person chooses skis or a board, and the party pays once.

Your safety process, on one sheet
Nothing is ready for collection until a technician has approved the setup and the guest has signed for it.
Boot fitting
Staff fit the boots and read the sole length off the boot itself. A rider never confirms their own fit.
Bindings
Your qualified staff set the binding and Trail-Ops records it. It never works out a DIN, and refuses a setting outside the binding’s range.
Testing
The release test is recorded against the skis and boots on the sheet. A failed test takes the item off the guest and flags its barcode for repair.
Guest signature
The guest, or their guardian, signs for the setup on a phone or tablet. Change the boots, skis or setting and they’re asked again.
Storage and returns
Overnight rack spots, the morning pick-up and the final return, on the same sheet.
One department or two
A fitter hands over to a technician, or one person does both at a combined station. The same checks apply either way.
